The Role
As a Learning Program Manager, you will be instrumental in the design, execution, and enhancement of scalable learning programs tailored to meet the needs of customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. Your mission is to transform our educational delivery methods, assess learning impacts, and align training initiatives with business objectives to drive measurable outcomes. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset as you collaborate cross-functionally to launch new initiatives, optimize existing programs, and ensure that all learning experiences are centered around customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
Design and Manage Certification Programs
- Develop role-based skill sets for staff, partners, and customers, ensuring that content is high-quality, relevant, and aligned with both product and organizational goals.
- Enhance program adoption and performance by coordinating training delivery, preparing audiences for readiness, tracking certification progress, and refining learning pathways based on analytics and feedback.
- Ensure operational excellence by upholding certification standards, managing exams and credentialing processes, and collaborating across functions to maintain impactful and current learning experiences.
Plan and Coordinate Learning Programs
- Act as the program owner for initiatives covering customer, partner, and internal learning, ensuring projects (e.g., partner certifications and training events) transition smoothly from concept to execution by managing timelines, requirements, and desired outcomes.
