WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
As a Lease Administrator for the UK and Ireland, you will take charge of both digital and physical contract management within your sales territory. Your role will involve supporting colleagues across Leasing, Legal, and Accounting to ensure high data quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lease information in our property database and accounting systems.
- Collaborate closely with local Leasing and Accounts teams to ensure timely rent payments in accordance with contracts, managing the rental payment follow-up for your market.
- Efficiently oversee all turnover-related reporting, certification, and communication for the store portfolio.
- Regularly communicate with landlords and coordinate with external auditors to provide necessary documentation and information.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues in your market and region, as well as across functions, to support all brands in your area.
WHO YOU’LL BE WORKING WITH
In this position, you will liaise with various teams to facilitate the successful growth of the business. You will work closely with local leasing, accounting, and legal teams, the regional controlling team, and external partners.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We seek individuals with:
- Experience in administration, accounting, or contract management.
- A solid understanding of legal documents, alongside strong numerical skills.
- Prior experience in controlling or legal functions, either within H&M or an external company focused on legal documentation and contract management.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
