- Market available units and amenities through various online platforms, signage, and community outreach initiatives.
- Clearly outline lease terms, application procedures, and pricing details.
- Efficiently process and maintain accurate resident files.
- Collaborate closely with the Property Manager and maintenance team to ensure high-quality work.
- Handle re-certifications, renewals, and contribute to resident retention strategies.
- Communicate lease provisions and community policies to both new and existing residents.
- Assist applicants throughout the application process.
- Manage and update the waitlist as necessary.
- Complete assigned daily, weekly, or monthly reports as directed by the Property Manager.
- Enhance resident satisfaction through effective communication and proactive problem-solving.
- Conduct move-in and move-out inspections with residents.
