Oversee lease expirations and proactively handle new leases, renewals, or relocations.
Facilitate the onboarding of new retail locations, including administrative handovers and coordination of fit-outs.
Ensure the maintenance of precise leasing records, reports, and forecasts for management scrutiny.
Guarantee compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies throughout the leasing process.
Assist in store rollout projects by coordinating timelines for handovers and fit-outs.
Engage with property owners, landlords, and internal teams on administrative matters.
Work collaboratively with internal departments (operations, legal, finance, and marketing) to ensure seamless lease execution.
Support the Leasing Manager in compiling reports, forecasts, and documentation for senior management.
Monitor rental payments, invoices, and other financial records related to leases.
Act as a primary point of contact for operational or administrative inquiries regarding retail sites.
