Role Overview:
The legal team at PitchBook offers a vibrant and challenging environment, supporting a rapidly growing organization. Collaborating with diverse stakeholders, we tackle a variety of commercial and regulatory legal matters. While we approach our work with the seriousness it deserves, we also prioritize maintaining a fun atmosphere and a sense of humor.
As the Administrative Assistant for our legal team, you will manage task assignments for attorneys, oversee compliance questionnaire completion, organize electronic records, draft legal documents, and facilitate electronic signatures. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional judgment, strong communication and organizational skills, and an understanding of our legal team’s role as a service provider within the organization.
