Role Overview
As Legal Counsel, you will deliver comprehensive legal guidance across all facets of our organization. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders at all levels.
Your responsibilities will include managing all legal affairs, offering strategic advice, ensuring compliance in corporate, commercial, regulatory, and employment matters, and facilitating operational decision-making to help the organization achieve its goals.
Your Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted legal advisor to leadership and cross-functional teams, providing commercial insights and legal support.
- Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Support contract negotiations and drafting, ensuring legal soundness.
- Provide legal training and resources to staff as needed.
