Role Summary:
As a key member of our Legal team, you will actively support and oversee Archirodon Group’s corporate matters, ensuring compliance with local regulations. Collaborate closely with the Head of the Legal Department in our vibrant business environment, providing counsel on business and commercial-related issues while representing the company as necessary.
Your Responsibilities:
Report directly to the Head of the Legal Department.
Provide comprehensive legal assistance and advice on a variety of legal issues, including drafting, negotiating, and commenting on commercial contracts and agreements in accordance with applicable legislation.
Manage and monitor disputes, litigation issues, and third-party claims in collaboration with external advisors when necessary.
Work collaboratively with other members of the Legal Department on specific projects and assigned tasks.
Ensure effective drafting, reviewing, and controlling of legal and contractual documents.
Support day-to-day corporate secretarial matters.
