About the job
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Promptly handling incoming calls from advertising lines, fostering trust and empathy with prospective clients.
- Managing leads within our case management system that have not yet been assigned and following up according to departmental timelines.
- Assessing each potential client's legal situation and confidently discussing the strategies and options available at Legal One Law to assist them.
- Accurately recording information in the case management system, ensuring correct grammar, spelling, addresses, and medical data, along with proper completion of questionnaires.
- Creating detailed notes in the 'Incident Description' section and following up with potential clients to ensure they provide the necessary documentation to support their cases.
- Correctly transferring accepted new clients to the appropriate legal department.
- Assisting in special projects as requested.
