We are seeking a motivated Legal Operations Analyst to become a vital part of our expanding team. In this role, you will enhance product development and delivery workflows, significantly boosting our capacity to assist the world’s top talent in the startup and tech sectors. You will play a crucial role in enabling our legal and sales teams to operate swiftly while ensuring meticulous attention to detail that changes lives.
You may be an ideal candidate if:
- You possess 2–5 years of direct experience in U.S. business immigration, whether as a paralegal, case manager, or project manager in employment-based visa issues.
- You have experience in project management and client-facing roles within the immigration sector, including case coordination, timeline management, or client and attorney support.
- Detail-oriented is your standard, especially when it comes to identifying and crafting effective processes.
- You are eager to learn about and utilize new AI-driven technology products and automate workflows, with a specific interest in business immigration and visa processing.
- You demonstrate a high degree of initiative, particularly in managing projects independently.
- You will thrive in this position if you have a passion for startups, founders, and technology, especially in transformative fields like artificial intelligence, robotics, biotech, manufacturing, aerospace, and beyond, with a strong emphasis on customer service.
We prefer candidates with immigration experience (business immigration or global mobility), even if they haven’t specifically drafted O-1A or EB-1A petitions. Previous experience in a startup environment is a plus, but we prioritize candidates who can showcase relevant skills and a desire to learn.
