Role Overview
As the Legal Operations Manager, you will serve as the vital link within the Legal team, ensuring our systems, vendor relationships, financial operations, and workflows are seamless. Your role will involve independently managing and continuously enhancing legal operations workflows, systems, and processes, with a focus on driving measurable improvements in efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality. You will oversee our entire legal operations infrastructure, from e-billing and outside counsel management to contract systems and knowledge management. This is a high-visibility role that requires someone equally adept at conducting billing audits and envisioning how AI can transform legal operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of outside counsel and vendor oversight, including matter lifecycle in Legal Tracker, enforcement of billing guidelines, invoice approvals, monthly accruals, and onboarding new firms.
- Act as the primary administrator for Ironclad, overseeing contract submitter access, NDA workflows, HRBP signer requests, and Okta group management.
- Handle AP reconciliation and financial reporting, including monthly forecasts and budget tracking across various departments.
