Qualifications
Proven experience in level 2 support and Windows workstation maintenance. Proficiency in Cisco network environments (switching and routing). Management and troubleshooting of Fortinet firewalls. Expertise in hardware: repair and maintenance of laptops and printers. Familiarity with ticketing tools and user account management procedures. Service-oriented, meticulous, autonomous, and analytical skills.

Your main missions:
Address unresolved level 2 incident tickets (Helpdesk) from the first level and ensure thorough tracking in the management tool.
Manage the user lifecycle: account creation, access and permission management, and provide educational support to colleagues.
Diagnose and resolve complex hardware failures on workstations and laptops, providing support and maintenance for printers.
Intervene on active network equipment (Cisco) and manage and troubleshoot Fortinet firewalls to ensure security and connectivity.
Maintain technical documentation and enhance the knowledge base to improve support and incident management.
Contribute to the management and optimization of technical infrastructures and ensure perimeter security.
