The Role
We are searching for a skilled Level 3 Technical Support Advisor to join our dynamic team, providing top-notch support to our partners. You will become a subject matter expert in Microsoft 365 and Azure, assisting customers in troubleshooting issues and maximizing the benefits of our services.
What You Will Do
- Deliver technical support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms.
- Guide customers through the configuration of our services.
- Maintain accurate documentation of issues in our ticketing system.
- Mentor Level 2 advisors and disseminate knowledge within the team.
- Participate in projects and occasionally lead training sessions.
What We Are Looking For
- A college diploma or equivalent in IT or Computer Science.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in technical support and customer service.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Relevant IT certifications are an advantage.
- Availability to work in-office 3 days a week in Dublin 12.
