Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Remote (Montana)
About the Role
Are you a dedicated clinician seeking a fulfilling career that offers a predictable schedule and the opportunity to focus on meaningful client interactions? In this remote position, you will deliver ongoing therapeutic support to a consistent caseload utilizing a secure telehealth platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled virtual therapy sessions with clients
- Perform intakes, assessments, and develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Monitor client progress and maintain accurate clinical records
- Utilize evidence-based counseling techniques
- Adhere to state and organizational clinical standards
Qualifications
- Active LCPC license in Montana
- Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field
- Previous experience providing outpatient mental health services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fully remote work environment
