Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Overview:
Join our dedicated team as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in a full-time telehealth position. In this role, you will play a vital part in assisting clients to enhance family dynamics, resolve conflicts, manage stress, and cultivate healthier habits both at home and in their everyday lives. You will conduct online therapy sessions, assess treatment requirements, monitor progress, and support clients in achieving tangible, meaningful goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families.
- Assess emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges.
- Create tailored treatment plans that address client-specific needs.
- Assist clients in navigating problem-solving, communication, and coping mechanisms.
- Maintain detailed documentation of sessions and manage organized clinical records.
- Regularly review client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related discipline.
- Possession of an active Kentucky LMFT license in good standing.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience post-licensure is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
- Excellent assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
- Proficient in a remote/telehealth working environment.
