Location: Kentucky Setting: Remote/Telehealth Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to become a vital member of our remote behavioral health team. In this role, you will assist clients in navigating the complexities of their relationships, home life, emotional wellbeing, and overall personal stability. You will conduct virtual sessions, guide clients towards achieving their treatment objectives, maintain thorough documentation of care, and foster healthier communication patterns for lasting improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate telehealth therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families.
Perform comprehensive clinical assessments and develop tailored treatment goals.
Assist clients in addressing relationship challenges, behavioral issues, and family dynamics.
Design and revise treatment plans reflecting client progress.
Maintain accurate and timely session notes.
Ensure compliance with all clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards.
