Location: Indiana Work Environment: Remote/Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 annually Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to deliver virtual therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families. This role emphasizes evaluating client needs, formulating treatment plans, and providing continuous support through telehealth platforms. The LMFT will assist clients in navigating relationship challenges, family dynamics, emotional issues, and life transitions in a structured and professional setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct telehealth therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families.
Perform psychosocial assessments and create tailored treatment plans.
Ensure precise and timely clinical documentation.
Track client progress and modify treatment strategies as necessary.
Assist clients in dealing with relationship conflicts, family disputes, anxiety, stress, and other concerns.
Coordinate care and make referrals as required.
Adhere to ethical, legal, and professional standards in virtual care.
