- Deliver comprehensive mental health services, including consultation and training for both staff and program participants.
- Conduct initial and ongoing clinical assessments as well as mental health screenings for referred clients and new applicants.
- Utilize standardized methodologies to identify and diagnose mental health conditions.
- Thoroughly review medical and health-related documents, including previous records, to ensure precise evaluations.
- Carry out biopsychosocial evaluations and assess functional capacity outcomes; solicit additional assessments when necessary.
- Collaborate effectively with Case Evaluators, Physicians, and Health Staff to guarantee the completion of follow-up activities.
- Prepare and sign clinical assessment reports as mandated by the Human Resources Administration (HRA), ensuring client signatures are obtained as needed.
- Partner closely with service planning teams to clarify clinical findings and contribute to individualized service plans.
- Employ motivational interviewing techniques to collect detailed information during assessments.
- Engage in team meetings aimed at enhancing assessment processes and providing feedback on clinical documentation standards.
- Offer mental health educational sessions to staff and students as required.
- Ensure adherence to HRA policies, RWS standard operating procedures, and all relevant Puerto Rico laws and regulations.
- Participate in mandatory training sessions related to clinical practice and program requirements.
