Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and monitor sales performance, ensuring targets are met in alignment with National Vision standards. Manage retail operating costs, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Optimize the eyeglass department operations to guarantee compliance with company policies and enhance efficiency. Identify improvement areas and develop actionable plans.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service excellence and ensure all team members uphold this standard.
- Maintain and uphold quality standards across all operations.
- Oversee effective merchandising and execution of marketing strategies, pricing promotions, and initiatives consistent with brand and company standards.
- Supervise, motivate, and mentor Opticians and Sales associates, ensuring timely completion of daily tasks for optimal performance.
- Assist the General Manager in forecasting staffing needs and contribute to recruiting, selecting, and retaining high-quality talent.
- Lead and coach team members towards achieving sales and exceptional customer service goals.
- Mentor potential Apprentice Opticians in accordance with legal guidelines.
