Your Role
In this pivotal position, you will oversee the entire customer lifecycle—from the initial interest in Endless Commerce to converting leads into paying customers and enthusiastic advocates who refer others. Your focus will be on standardization, implementing automation where it enhances efficiency, and providing personalized engagement where it counts. You will be our HubSpot guru, a strategic email campaign architect, and the guardian of our leads to ensure none fall through the cracks.
Your Responsibilities
Administer and optimize the Endless CRM (HubSpot), serving as the architect for our deal and contact management system.
Design and execute email campaigns, including product announcements, educational nurture sequences, and follow-ups post-events.
Create and implement lead nurturing strategies to systematically guide prospects through the sales funnel.
Follow up with all event participants, demo attendees, and content consumers to determine their next steps and the relevant content they should receive.
Develop and manage a referral program, executing both automated outreach and personalized requests for introductions.
Enhance the reach of resources produced by the content team through targeted email campaigns and lifecycle communication points.
Balance the efficiency of automation with the need for personal engagement—knowing when to automate processes and when a personal touch will yield better results.
Track and analyze lifecycle metrics including email open rates, click-through rates, demo-to-customer conversion rates, and time-to-close, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Ideal Candidate Profile
You possess 3-5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, email marketing, or marketing operations.
You are a HubSpot power user, with in-depth knowledge of the platform.
You have a knack for crafting engaging emails that feel personal rather than commercial.
