As the cannabis industry continues to thrive, we are expanding our team to deliver safe, innovative, and trusted THC beverage products to a broader audience across the nation. The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer relationships and driving sustainable growth for our direct-to-consumer (DTC) brand portfolio, which includes RYTHM, Señorita, and incredibles.
This position is perfect for a creative, data-driven marketer passionate about enhancing the customer journey and well-versed in lifecycle marketing strategies. You will be instrumental in shaping GTI's engagement with customers post-purchase, transforming first-time buyers into devoted advocates through personalized and impactful campaigns. As the Lifecycle Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include developing and implementing comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies aimed at boosting customer lifetime value (LTV), strengthening subscription health, and fostering long-term brand loyalty. You will oversee all aspects of email marketing using Klaviyo—from campaign strategy and creative direction to testing and optimization—while closely collaborating with Recharge to enhance the subscription experience.
This role requires strong collaboration with three GTI brands, necessitating close partnerships with each brand marketing team to ensure lifecycle programs align with distinct brand identities, voice, and objectives. Additionally, you will work cross-functionally with the Senior Marketing Manager to create a cohesive and integrated customer journey that maintains consistency from the first purchase through retention. You will also engage directly with agency partners to scale creative execution, campaign testing, and audience strategies across GTI’s DTC ecosystem.You will leverage customer insights, behavioral data, and brand storytelling to craft personalized, data-driven journeys that enhance engagement and support sustainable growth across GTI’s consumer brands.
