Role Description
We are looking for a pioneering Lifecycle Marketing Lead to take charge of optimizing the entire user journey at Phantom, from initial onboarding to retention and reactivation. In this role, you will design and implement data-driven campaigns across push notifications, email, and in-app messaging that elevate user engagement, drive revenue, promote feature utilization, and minimize churn.
