- Support the management of all occupancy and maintenance aspects of residential buildings.
- Foster positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and team members to ensure satisfaction and operational success.
- Work in conjunction with the property management team to create effective advertising materials aimed at attracting new tenants.
- Conduct property viewings for prospective tenants, manage interviews, process rental applications, and clarify occupancy terms.
- Publish advertising materials approved by the Manager, both online and in print, as directed by your supervisor.
- Handle application processing and perform credit checks.
- Authorize invoices for payment processing.
- Maintain professional communication with tenants regarding property-related matters.
- Collect and manage records of rent payments and rental activities efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with anti-discrimination laws pertaining to housing, renting, and advertising.
- Oversee income recertification, leasing, and re-leasing of properties.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly communications such as calendars and newsletters for residents.
- Generate and distribute timely notices regarding non-payment of rent, adhering to regulations.
- Conduct weekly property inspections and prepare summary reports detailing observed conditions and resident traffic.
- Perform apartment inspections for move-outs to finalize deposit statements within state-mandated timelines.
