Qualifications
Responsibilities:Be present on-site from Monday to FridayOrganize and participate in Board meetings; record minutes and chair annual general meetings and other owner meetings as necessaryConduct site inspections and prepare monthly management reportsDevelop annual operating and reserve fund budgetsOversee projects, emergencies, contracts, and contractorsManage financial tasks including budgeting, expense analysis, and invoice review and coding.Requirements:Strong communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholdersPrior administrative experience with proficiency in Microsoft OfficeExceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities; capable of following through on multiple projectsStrong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skillsComputer literacy, including MS Word, Excel, and OutlookA valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
