We are seeking a proactive Line Technician who goes beyond simply following instructions. This role requires someone who can identify potential issues before they arise, ensure the line operates seamlessly, and inspire the team to achieve excellence.

Key Responsibilities
This is not a role for passive observers. You will be actively engaged:
Maintaining uninterrupted line operations and adhering to plans (no deviations, no excuses)
Managing documentation – ensuring accuracy, organization, and first-time completion
Motivating the team to reach KPIs and celebrating accomplishments together
Identifying issues early on and resolving them proactively
Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and food safety standards at all times
Creating a positive and focused atmosphere on shift
Ideal Candidate Profile

You possess hands-on experience on a production line and understand its dynamics

You have knowledge of food safety regulations (Level 2 certification is a plus but not mandatory)
