About the Role
We are on the lookout for an organized and proactive Live Creator Account Manager to join our expanding Social Commerce team. In this vital role, you will oversee a portfolio of live content creators, guiding their strategies, managing their weekly live streams, and ensuring they meet performance objectives.
This position sits at the crossroads of creator management and live production. It is entirely remote, with no on-site production necessary—you will be the driving force that keeps creators aligned with their brand and goals.
This role primarily operates on EST hours (9 AM–5 PM EST) and may require evening availability until 8 PM PST.
What You'll Do
Creator Portfolio Management
Manage a portfolio of up to 25 live creators, serving as their primary operational contact.
Conduct bi-weekly 30-minute performance and planning calls with each creator.
Ensure effective scheduling and adherence to performance metrics.
