Your Daily Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact in our lobby: possess in-depth knowledge of the hotel, current events, and be the primary resource for guest inquiries.
- Ensure our lobby is consistently welcoming by maintaining cleanliness, optimal furniture arrangements, and a fully stocked refreshment station with water, glasses, and other essential details that enhance the guest experience.
- Tend to our shop with meticulous care: keeping it organized and appealing, monitoring refrigeration units, managing inventory, and handling the cashier system.
- Curate the ambiance: you will manage lighting, music, and system updates while collaborating closely with your team.
- Embrace your role as a natural host: take orders in the lobby, serve drinks, and prepare coffee specialties efficiently, warmly, and with a radiant smile.
