Join our team as a Villa Host, where your primary objective will be to foster guest loyalty through exceptional service and satisfaction. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every guest's stay is memorable and meets our high-quality standards.
- Conduct daily check-ins and check-outs for guests, coordinating with relevant teams for confirmations.
- Ensure every arriving guest has a complete pre-arrival checklist.
- Prepare villa host allocations at least three days in advance and adhere to this schedule.
- Welcome guests upon arrival, manage check-in procedures, and update registration details in our computer system.
- Organize, document, and fulfill all special requests made by guests prior to their arrival.
- Engage with guests during breakfast, ensuring they receive excellent service. If guests are absent, follow up to confirm their well-being.
- Possess thorough knowledge of room amenities, villa types, layout, and pricing structures.
- Communicate VIP guests’ preferences to the relevant departments upon arrival.
- Keep all Resort outlets informed of guest movements to maintain outstanding service and recognition.
- Exhibit poise and professionalism when addressing guests' needs, especially those with high expectations.
- Ensure all guest requests are met promptly and follow up on any outstanding issues. Adopt a “CAN DO” approach and seek assistance when necessary.
- Handle guest complaints, inquiries, and feedback, logging them appropriately and initiating effective service recovery when needed.
- Coordinate guest activities, restaurant reservations, and spa bookings while on-site, remaining available for special requests.
- Create delightful experiences for guests, celebrating special occasions such as birthdays and anniversaries.
