Conduct comprehensive gap analysis prior to business integration to assess the Risk Framework and align it with existing business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
· Facilitate smooth implementation across all business areas, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines while maintaining compliance within the established Risk Framework and Appetite.
· Perform post-implementation reviews, including control design, effectiveness testing, and necessary updates.
· Implement relevant regulatory legislation, guidelines, best practices, and local codes of conduct.
· Engage with regulators and authorities, managing notifications and approvals required prior to transactions, and ensuring compliance with data requirements and systems access.
· Update and enhance the Risk framework, policies, and procedures, including monitoring and regulatory change management.
· Develop and deliver training tailored to diverse audiences to ensure compliance.
· Clarify roles, responsibilities, data requirements, and system access pertaining to risk management activities.
· Identify risk reporting needs and other requirements to support integration efforts.
· Enhance the overall risk management environment through comprehensive documentation, targeted training, and rigorous control testing.
· Prepare FMPI to integrate Fiserv's preferred risk management tool for ongoing business-as-usual risk monitoring activities.
· Offer initial support and guidance following the implementation of the risk management tool.
