Compensation: $16-$18 per hour

This is an individual contributor role responsible for a variety of tasks related to staging and preparing inventory vehicles for inbound and outbound transport, as well as direct delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize handheld scanning devices to log and verify vehicle locations.
- Accurately receive, organize, and stage inventory vehicles in accordance with safety and processing standards.
- Conduct thorough multi-point inspections of inventory vehicles and complete inspection reports accurately.
- Consistently meet established processing and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in lot and workspace areas.
- Safely operate company vehicles and fuel inventory as needed.
Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Capability to operate a computer and company-issued tablet and mobile devices.
- Strong team player with professional interaction skills towards customers, managers, and coworkers.
- Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles safely.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules as necessary.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to walk 5 to 10 miles per shift.
- Willingness to work outdoors in diverse weather conditions.
- Frequent entry and exit from vehicles.
- Physical capability to bend, twist, stoop, squat, and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to endure potentially adverse conditions including noise, dust, and vehicle maintenance odors.
