This role is responsible for overseeing multiple managers and their teams at designated Logistic Field Operations locations, ensuring efficient operations across the board.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the General Manager in maintaining smooth day-to-day business operations.
- Collaborate with the General Manager and other leaders to establish site-specific goals and objectives, ensuring effective execution.
- Implement new programs and initiatives to enhance network operations through prioritization, resource allocation, and cross-functional teamwork.
- Collect and analyze business, financial, and operational data, preparing reports and presentations for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with systems, policies, procedures, and regulatory standards, taking necessary actions as needed.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for optimal planning, scheduling, and asset management.
- Mentor and hold direct reports accountable, fostering leadership development and training.
- Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
- Analyze productivity metrics and trends, implementing process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure operations align with strategic goals, objectives, and budgets.
- Communicate effectively with direct reports to clarify expectations and performance measures.
