Join our dynamic team at Avery Dennison in Rodange (L) as a Logistics Internal Supervisor for Forklift Operators. In this highly operational role, you will be responsible for leading a team of production forklift operators to ensure the seamless feeding and unloading of our entire machine fleet.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing and managing a team of forklift operators to maintain optimal productivity and safety standards.
- Demonstrating a strong commitment to safety protocols and quality assurance.
- Being a versatile forklift operator yourself, with the ability to develop in-depth warehouse knowledge.
- Exhibiting excellent organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and responsiveness to operational challenges.
- Actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives by proposing innovative ideas and alternative solutions.
- Displaying strong team management skills and conducting daily team meetings effectively.
- Establishing easy communication with other teams and departments to promote collaboration.
- Possessing computer skills, including knowledge of systems such as QAD, WMS, Mars, Amova, and Magma.
- Acting with integrity and a strong sense of social responsibility.
Please note that this position involves working 7 days a week in American shifts.
