Salary Range: $68,000 - $78,000 per year plus eligibility for equity.
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, and Saturday to Sunday from 3:30 AM to 12:00 PM.

As a Logistics Manager, you will oversee multiple teams at our logistics field operation site, and you may supervise warehouse and inventory teams as needed. Please note that this position does not qualify for visa sponsorship.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily transportation operations at assigned locations in collaboration with other site leaders.
- Engage in the formulation of site-specific goals and objectives, ensuring alignment and effective execution.
- Analyze daily route schedules, working with Logistics Operations Planning and Scheduling to resolve issues.
- Provide mentoring, accountability, and succession planning for direct reports, focusing on coaching, leadership development, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards, including maintaining cleanliness in the yard and conducting GEMBA walks.
- Facilitate timely and effective communication with internal teams.
- Coordinate and monitor inventory movement through warehouse workflows, assigning tasks and shifts according to business needs.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Must be able to safely perform physical tasks, which include frequent movement in and out of vehicles, standing, bending, twisting, and lifting. The role may require working in various environmental conditions, including cold, hot, noisy, dusty, and wet settings. Flexibility to work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays is essential.
REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of experience in logistics management or a related field.
