Mission of the Position
This role impacts two primary audiences: corporate clients and drivers. You will be responsible for overseeing all service indicators related to our corporate clients as well as managing the collaborative resources necessary to achieve growth and expansion goals.

Leading improvement projects within the area, continuously seeking effective, scalable solutions focused on task automation.
Identifying opportunities for improvement across various business lines concerning the aforementioned audiences.
Optimizing processes and collaborating with global teams, emphasizing task automation and the development of new features and enhancements for our application.
Working alongside global, local, and support teams to ensure the highest quality of service for all our stakeholders.
Analyzing and optimizing internal configuration processes to enhance product development on our platform.
Expanding our service models to new geographic areas effectively.
Monitoring and optimizing key performance indicators for the area.
Managing corporate-level indicators and deploying action plans to improve efficiency, service levels, and scalability.
Overseeing the fleet necessary for operational unity, including driver acquisition, incident support, and more.
