Qualifications
Your Responsibilities:Supply Chain Planning & Order Processing: Plan, control, and optimize the entire supply chain from raw material procurement to national and international delivery.Ensure inventory availability while considering costs, capacities, delivery capabilities, and export and transport restrictions.Develop and continuously improve production, procurement, and demand plans in close collaboration with Demand Planning.Proactively identify bottlenecks (including transport and export-related risks) and develop and implement effective countermeasures.Monitor and optimize relevant SCM and O2S key performance indicators.Contribute to cross-departmental projects focused on the digitalization and further development of the supply chain.Manage interfaces between purchasing, production, logistics, sales, customs/export, and other relevant departments.Transport, Logistics & Export: Lead and manage teams focusing on transport, logistics, and export processes.Overall responsibility for national and international transport and export processes: planning, control, monitoring, cost management, and continuous optimization.Ensure proper handling of exports, including customs formalities, export controls, Incoterms, and country- and customer-specific requirements.Select, manage, and further develop freight forwarders, logistics, and export service providers.Optimize networks and capacity planning in close collaboration with production, warehousing, and other departments.
