Key Responsibilities
Retail & Finance Support
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of weekly invoicing.
- Manage EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) transactions for retail partners.
- Coordinate shipping fulfillment and oversee 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) operations.
Operations & Logistics
- Manage routing requests, ensuring compliance with retail and distributor standards.
- Monitor and update shipment statuses, proactively addressing any delays or challenges.
- Assist in forecasting and inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels.
Administrative & Process Support
- Accurately complete and submit Purchase Order (PO) forms.
- Support the onboarding process for new team members, vendors, or partners.
- Maintain and update records related to finance, logistics, and operations.
