Loss Control Representative
Join our dynamic team at The Misch Group as a Loss Control Representative, where your expertise will play a pivotal role in helping our clients foster safer work environments. Your contributions will not only reduce workplace injuries but also assist in lowering experience modification rates. This position is crucial for educating and supporting our extensive commercial accounts through OSHA training, safety initiatives, and essential loss control practices.
Key Responsibilities
OSHA Training & Outreach
Provide comprehensive education on safety and health practices that lead to premium savings and enhanced experience modification rates for large commercial clients.
Organize and coordinate meetings with Producers, ensuring adherence to expiration timelines.
Meticulously document all meetings in TAM, utilizing the appropriate Activity Type as required.
Act as the OSHA compliance liaison for Producers and clients, particularly those involved in high-risk and large-scale operations.
Collaborate with Producers to identify clients for engagement and proactively schedule outreach based on expiration schedules.
Deliver authorized OSHA Outreach Training, including both 10-hour sessions for Construction and General Industry.
Maintain ongoing communication with Producers and accurately record all interactions in TAM for future reference.
Conduct OSHA Log training sessions upon client requests and appropriately document these activities in TAM.

Forklift Training: Implement
