Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Merchant Partnerships: Foster communication and cultivate robust relationships with merchants, understanding their objectives and identifying partnership opportunities within the loyalty program.
- Campaign & Offer Management: Strategically plan, launch, and oversee loyalty campaigns and special promotions in collaboration with merchants, ensuring they provide tangible benefits for both merchants and customers.
- Identify & Prioritize Initiatives: Create and implement strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the loyalty program, boosting customer engagement, and increasing merchant involvement.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Marketing team, Corporate Bankers, and other departments to guarantee seamless campaign execution and success.
- Drive Customer & Merchant Satisfaction: Analyze performance metrics and feedback to consistently refine offers, ensuring mutual advantages and sustained engagement.
- Innovate and Improve: Continuously seek innovative approaches to enhance our loyalty offerings to adapt to changing customer needs.
