This role is vital in upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and organization within opulent residential settings, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for esteemed guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee cleaning and housekeeping duties across multiple properties, coordinating with a team of cleaners for dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing. Be prepared to assist directly with cleaning tasks when necessary.
- Manage comprehensive laundry services, including washing, ironing, and organizing clothing and linens.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen and dining areas.
- Conduct regular inventory checks on household supplies, restocking as required, and promptly reporting maintenance issues.
- Prepare guest rooms to ensure a consistently welcoming and comfortable environment.
- Collaborate effectively with the cleaning team to ensure an efficient operational flow.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while maintaining the confidentiality of the family's private matters.
