Through data and research, they design, execute, and analyze compelling 360º marketing campaigns that inspire our community to discover the best their cities have to offer.Some of the teams within the marketing department include Acquisition, Growth, Category Management, CRM, Social Media, Content, and Creative Optimization.About the RoleOwn and oversee the comprehensive marketing strategy for experiences, driving demand, visibility, and sustainable growth across a diverse portfolio of impactful experiences.Craft compelling and scalable marketing strategies for exclusive experiences worldwide, including strategic partner events and Fever Originals.Lead multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta (primary), Google, TikTok, and emerging channels, ensuring consistent performance and robust ROI.Collaborate closely with the Business Strategy and Growth Marketing teams to analyze performance metrics, identify opportunities, and formulate strategies that maximize growth.Coordinate cross-functionally with Creative, Design, Media, CRM, Content, and Product teams to enhance campaign effectiveness and results.
