About the Role
In this pivotal position, you will report directly to the EMEA lead of the Veeam Data Cloud M365 division, collaborating closely with Commercial Territory Managers (TMs) to deliver exceptional sales experiences. Your partnership with Veeam TMs and Data Cloud M365 specialists will enable us to provide clients with unparalleled data protection and resilience solutions. You will also engage extensively with Microsoft, leveraging our partnership to drive co-selling opportunities.
As a Sales Specialist, you will be accountable for achieving sales and growth objectives for the M365 data protection business within your territory. You are expected to be a subject matter expert on Veeam's Data Cloud M365 offerings, enhancing Field pursuit teams to boost win rates, increase deal sizes, and accelerate sales cycles. This position entails managing a quota focused on Veeam Data Cloud M365 and pursuing sales opportunities exceeding $100k ARR. You will work alongside a dedicated solution engineer specializing in Veeam Data Cloud M365, where your focus will be on winning customer decisions and demonstrating value, while your partner will handle technical decisions.
Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining a proactive plan to exceed sales targets, delivering weekly deal-based forecasts, mastering competitive strategies in the M365 data protection landscape against Veeam’s top rivals, and crafting compelling value propositions and ROI scenarios to secure customer decisions. Deal management will vary based on whether the opportunity involves multiple products, with the Veeam TM overseeing the end-to-end process.
