Key Responsibilities
AI & Machine Learning Development
- Design and develop advanced text-based models while processing both structured and unstructured datasets.
- Create and implement tailored machine learning and deep learning models for various business applications.
- Enhance the performance and accuracy of existing machine learning algorithms.
- Utilize deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch to construct and deploy sophisticated neural networks.
Data Management & Feature Engineering
- Oversee the management and processing of extensive datasets, including data cleaning, transformation, and feature extraction for model training.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data through rigorous quality checks and validation processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance data integrity and overall quality.
MLOps, Deployment & Monitoring
- Leverage MLOps tools and methodologies to monitor, optimize, and deploy AI solutions effectively.
- Establish A/B Testing frameworks, model quality evaluations, and hypothesis validation processes.
- Assess machine learning models to confirm they meet established performance benchmarks.
Technical Support & Collaboration
- Translate business data requirements into clear and concise technical specifications.
- Provide training and comprehensive technical support to end users for effective utilization of machine learning models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and IT professionals, to facilitate the seamless integration of advanced analytics.
Documentation & Security
- Prepare all necessary technical documentation in compliance with organizational standards.
- Implement robust security measures to safeguard sensitive data and manage access levels for machine learning systems and models.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Evaluate and recommend cutting-edge tools and methodologies to enhance AI and machine learning capabilities.
- Support advanced analytics initiatives to derive innovative insights.
