Job DescriptionWe are seeking skilled Research Engineers with a strong background in developing and optimizing AI models, conducting pioneering research, and expanding the horizons of AI and machine learning. Whether your expertise lies in model development, applied research, or deploying production-level systems, this position offers a unique chance to be at the forefront of generative AI advancements.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and train large-scale generative models, pushing the limits of artificial intelligence capabilities.Design and execute experiments to investigate and enhance model architectures, analyze data, and implement improvements based on findings.Drive innovation by developing and deploying new features that elevate user experiences.RequirementsDemonstrable experience in training large-scale generative models (e.g., for image generation, audio synthesis, or large language models).In-depth expertise in evaluating generative models, with a comprehensive understanding of both qualitative and quantitative metrics.Strong proficiency in PyTorch and familiarity with cutting-edge neural network architectures.Practical experience in building end-to-end machine learning pipelines, covering data collection, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and inference serving.Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
