Key Responsibilities:Ensure process outputs meet specified quality standards, making adjustments as necessary and communicating deviations.Record, interpret, and respond appropriately to inspection and testing results.Identify and reject materials that do not meet specifications.Accurately document transactions related to production, inventory, and work hours.Assist with shift preparation, personnel direction, and transition at shift end.Maintain and control processing equipment to established standards.Engage actively in Toyota Production System (TPS) initiatives.Utilize vacuum lift assist equipment to move materials (primarily glass) and assist with manual lifting and mobile cart movement to streamline production.Understand production schedules and inventory demands to maintain workflow.Conduct preventative maintenance activities on equipment, including cleaning and inspections.Apply inspection protocols and tolerances to determine material acceptance.
