The emphasis on a service-oriented mindset is crucial; your ability to swiftly resolve issues while anticipating recurring needs is essential to meet our client's expectations, all while being attentive and compassionate towards the public you will encounter in the tertiary buildings.
Your primary responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Conducting technical rounds across various services to identify necessary repairs.
Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and handling multi-technical troubleshooting.
A strong skill set in carpentry and locksmithing, including handling hinges, handles, windows, and doors.
Changing filters on air conditioning units and air treatment systems.
Recording temperature readings and submitting reports in Excel format.
Exhibiting excellent verbal communication with stakeholders and maintaining a professional appearance towards the public.
