Key Responsibilities1. Perform facility duties as directed by the Facilities/Maintenance Supervisor to ensure optimal functioning, appearance, and safety. This includes tasks such as painting, material handling, and grounds maintenance.2. Execute preventative and corrective maintenance activities based on specifications, drawings, and manuals.3. Work independently and collaboratively while adhering to all safety procedures and protocols.4. Repair, maintain, lubricate, install, and replace plant equipment as assigned.5. Demonstrate a commitment to quality and safety in all aspects of work.
