As a Maintenance Engineer at Dungarvin, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our facilities, grounds, and properties are consistently maintained and in excellent repair. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of maintenance including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and painting tasks. You will personally execute maintenance and remodeling projects, and in collaboration with the maintenance supervisor, coordinate with external contractors when necessary. Efficient time management is key in this role, as you will be expected to meet tight deadlines while managing multiple demands. This position involves traveling to 2-4 sites daily, with mileage reimbursed according to federal standards.
