Position Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Position Overview: The Maintenance Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring that both the interior and exterior of the properties are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality. This involves performing a variety of technical and mechanical tasks while supervising maintenance personnel and coordinating with external contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute work orders from resident service requests and conduct routine property maintenance by identifying issues and performing repairs in compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Oversee the preparation of vacant apartment units for leasing, including conducting inspections, creating maintenance punch lists, and ensuring that all necessary tasks are completed efficiently.
- Establish community standards for cleanliness and aesthetics across all common areas, amenities, and building exteriors to uphold the company’s reputation for quality.
- Conduct regular inspections of work performed by maintenance staff to ensure adherence to company policies and maintenance protocols.
- Lead project management initiatives, ensuring clear communication and timelines are maintained for all maintenance-related projects.
- Engage with residents and stakeholders to build rapport and understand their needs while promoting the company culture.
- Participate in community service initiatives to enhance the company’s presence and foster positive relationships within the community.
