Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with:Minimum of 3 years of proven experience leading a team of engineering professionals.Expertise in managing staff performance, including conducting appraisals.Strong electrical and mechanical maintenance engineering skills.Demonstrated competence in health and safety regulations.Experience with automated equipment such as pallet stacker cranes, conveyors, and monorail systems.A solid understanding of customer service principles.Exceptional time management and workload prioritization skills.Familiarity with PLC systems (S5, S7, safety PLCs) is preferred.Experience with robotics and knowledge of EN528 standards.Insight into software-controlled logistics systems and the ability to troubleshoot daily operational issues.Proficiency in using CMMS for preventive maintenance and fault logging.Good physical fitness and the ability to work safely at heights.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating the daily activities of the Resident Maintenance Engineers, while maintaining a professional representation of Swisslog at all times.
