Shifts Available: Sunday to Wednesday - 12:00 PM to 10:30 PM
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct maintenance and repairs on complex machinery, including conveyor systems, HVAC units, scanners, automatic doors, and dock doors.
- Perform necessary repairs on production equipment as required.
- Monitor equipment functionality and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Carry out maintenance tasks on facilities, including basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Provide recommendations for replacing or repairing malfunctioning equipment.
- Prioritize repair schedules effectively to maintain an uninterrupted production workflow.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility.
- Assist team members as needed, ensuring communication regarding maintenance needs aligns with production schedules.
- Keep management informed of significant activities and concerns in the area.

- Mechanically inclined with a natural curiosity about machinery; enjoy hands-on problem-solving.
- Proficient in identifying system components causing errors and offering solutions.
- Adventurous spirit with a willingness to challenge norms and take calculated risks.
- Able to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments while driving results.
- Strong critical thinking skills to evaluate problems and develop contingency plans.
Your Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair within a manufacturing or production environment.
- High school diploma or GED.
