Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct mid to advanced level break-fix and preventative maintenance, including diagnosing operational issues, dismantling devices for part replacement, examining components for defects, adjusting functional parts, repairing or replacing defective parts, and testing devices for optimal performance.
• Source necessary parts, supplies, and repair items.
• Perform maintenance independently while adhering to industry standards.
• Set up and operate various machining operations, such as lathes, drill presses, grinders, and other metalworking tools, including welding tasks as needed.
• Maintain compliance with 5S and housekeeping standards.
• Actively participate in Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives focused on processes, results, and cost savings.
• Update records and review Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) history.
• Troubleshoot and analyze control systems to resolve software, hardware, and configuration issues.
• Utilize predictive maintenance technologies to gather equipment performance data.
• Provide guidance to junior technicians and lead small teams, engaging in advanced functions for training and development.
• Complete on-the-job and technical self-study programs for professional growth.
• Adhere to all safety policies, rules, regulations, and technical instructions, maintaining situational awareness to identify unsafe behaviors and conditions.
